Hi sweet humans! What is the buzz is inside you saying?
I've been trying to make an effort to look at my screens less. And I've noticed it in other people too, in views, in opens, in the vibrations in the air. If this doesn't feel true I offer you a lot of grace. Our phone/hell box contain so much of our lives at the moment, entire relationships live inside our phones and while yes I want to look at a screen less, I also want to see what my friends are up to. Finding true ways to feel and connect and also find rest and slowing down feel more complicated when it's all we can do and also there is no way to stop. I've been planning for a summer of introspection and rest. It feels really wild because I've never really planned like this before and exciting because I have never really planned like this before.
